Photo Competition "TOXISCH — TOXIC!"

This year's photo competition is going to be dangerous: TOXISCH - TOXIC! is the theme for which we would like to see your associations, interpretations and ideas.

Show us how you relate to the topic - whether in the environment, society or interpersonally - and how you approach it creatively. We look forward to receiving your multifaceted contributions and hope you enjoy taking photos.

We are showing selected entries as part of the TOXISCH - TOXIC! exhibition of the same name at the Foto- und Labor-AG (FLAB) of the RPTU. The best pictures will be honored at our Vernissage on July 4th. There are cash prizes of up to 600,-€ to be won.

That is how you participate:

  • You are a hobby photographer. Professionals, i.e. people who earn money with their photographic work, are excluded from participation.
  • Submit up to three printed photos in 30x40 or 35x45 cm format to Ulrike Annecke or Katharina Prinz from CampusKultur (86-111/113). Alternatively: letterbox at building 86.
  • Write your name and contact details including e-mail address and telephone number on the back and, if existant, the title of the picture.
  • You show your photographic achievements with your submissions. Entries created with generative AI are excluded from participation.
  • By participating in the competition, you declare that you own all copyrights and other rights to the photos submitted and that the persons depicted on them agree to their publication.
  • You agree that the images may be distributed as part of the competition.
