We advocate for
 
  • Taking into account different lifestyles by considering gender equality, work/study balance and different diversity dimensions in an intersectional way
     
  • Gender equality, through (joint) action at all levels of RPTU
     
  • The family-friendly university and thus for the possibility of reconciling family and work/study, so that family tasks and professional activities can be pursued by women and men on an equal footing
     
  • A promotion of individuals and groups through personnel development measures and support in the professional orientation, in particular of female students, young female scientists, female professors in the scientific area as well as executives and employees in the science-supporting area at the RPTU
     
  • Raising awareness through continuous education, e.g. through mentoring projects, further education or impulse lectures in which gender and diversity topics are explicitly addressed, as an offer for all members of the RPTU
     
  • The prevention and combating of sexualized violence and discrimination by taking into account the Istanbul Conventions and the General Equal Treatment Act, which ensures that corresponding complaints are punished
