Networking-meeting of female physicists at TUK sponsored by SPIN+X

On december 3rd, 2018, the female physicists of TUK met to extend their network among each other. Students from the first semester on, PhD students, postdocs and senior researchers used the informal atmosphere to get to know each other, share their experiences and discuss topics as the underrepresentation of women in physics or the reconcilability of family and a career in science.

SPIN+X sponsored the event and offered with it a welcoming atmosphere for women at the TUK. The networking event is one of the stepstones on the way towards an equal percentage of male and female physicists.
