Janpeter Schilling to give lecture on civil conflict transformation today at event "Conflicts: the engine of social processes"

Janpeter Schilling gives a lecture at the Rhineland-Palatinate State Center for Political Education on the levels, capabilities and limits of civil conflict transformation.
