Workshop: Peace research and peace education in conflicts about democracy

As part of the study day "Embattled Democracy - Pedagogy and Social Work in the Context of Right-Wing Extremism" at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Freiburg, Annalena Groppe, research associate at the Peace Academy, and Melanie Hussak, associate at the Peace Academy, are offering a workshop on peace research and pedagogy in conflicts over democracy (No. 17 in the program)

The workshop will deal with the conference topic from a peace research and peace education perspective. Based on concrete conflict episodes, which can also be brought in by the participants, the workshop will focus on how different forms of violence manifest themselves in conflicts about democracy.
