The Landeskonferenz der HochschulFrauen* (LaKoF*) is a voluntary association of the equal opportunity commissioners and other equal opportunity actors of the universities and universities of applied sciences in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.

It is an ambitious driving force for equality in research and teaching as well as in self-administration and studies.
It facilitates and promotes cooperation, collegial consultation and the implementation of common equality policy interests of university women*.
