Wissenschaft & Frieden has been published since 1983 and is the leading interdisciplinary academic journal for peace research, peace policy and the peace movement in the German-speaking world. It publishes on peace policy, military-strategic and armaments technology issues, examines the causes and conditions of violence and discusses ways and possibilities for civil conflict resolution and the protection of human rights.
