The lecture series "Are we a divided society? The tension between diversity, polarization and consensus" by the departments of Cultural and Social Sciences at RPTU University Kaiserslautern-Landau.
Annalena Groppe, research associate at the Peace Academy, will also be taking part. On 18 June, she will speak about the challenges and potential of peace education in polarizing conflicts over democracy using the example of Hambach Castle in Neustadt.
Until the closing evening on July 16, the lecture series will cover a wide range of departments within the department as well as the potential area of Diversity - Diversity and Transformation. Interdisciplinary research perspectives on heterogeneous societies.
The lecture series takes place on Tuesdays from 18:15 to 19:45, usually in conference room CI 1, blue staircase, on the Landau campus. Participation is free of charge.
