As a founding member of the Rhineland-Palatinate Peace Academy, I feel particularly connected to it once again, even though I now live in Berlin. But I lived in Wörth for over 30 years and was a member of the Green Party in the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament for 15 years, including 5 years as vice president. Since my retirement in 2006, I have been active in the Givat Haviva Circle of Friends and support the peace and reconciliation work that this organization does in Israel.
