Consent to data processing and disclosure as part of the "Sprachtandem" program

The processing takes place on the basis of my consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR exclusively for the purpose of matching suitable tandem partners and for the organization and implementation of the "language tandem".

The data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the implementation of the program or for a possible placement as part of the "language tandem" offer. In principle, RPTU deletes my data upon completion of the matching process or at a time requested by me, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

If I have requested a longer storage period in the form, RPTU will store my data in a file for this period. Only the employees of the Department of International Affairs have access to it.

It will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.

I have been informed that I can revoke my consent at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR (by e-mail to [please add]). Until the time of revocation, the processing carried out on the basis of the consent remains lawful. After revocation, my personal data will be deleted immediately, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations.
