In view of the increasing number of natural disasters, the German Fire Brigade Association recently called for the population to be better prepared for natural disasters and for the topic to be covered more in school lessons (more on this here). The news channel MDR aktuell broadcast a radio report on this topic as part of its weekend program. The radio station asked the project team for an interview to discuss the perspectives and potential of adult education as well as current survey results from the representative population survey of the PREP research project, which is currently being carried out at the Chair of Adult Education of Prof. Dr. Matthias Rohs.
