Prof. Anja Danner-Schröder at the first WBS Extreme Contexts Summit in London

Danner-Schröder

Our colleague Prof. Anja Danner-Schröder took part in the first WBS Extreme Contexts Summit in London's Shard both as a panelist ("Where is the future of our field") and as a moderator.

For two days, the summit brought together leading academics and practitioners to discuss how organizations deal with risks, disruptions and crisis situations - and highlighted the great importance of this field of research.

Many thanks to Derin Kent and Adrian Marrison for organizing this successful event. We would also like to congratulate the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School on the establishment of its new Extreme Contexts Unit, which serves as an important platform for the further development of research in this area.
