Prof. Anja Danner-Schröder holds keynote speech at workshop "Organizing in Times of Crisis" at Leuphana University Lüneburg

Danner-Schröder

This week, Prof. Anja Danner-Schröder took part in the workshop "Organizing in Times of Crisis" at Leuphana University Lüneburg.

In her keynote speech "Researching Extreme Contexts", she emphasized that extreme events are not just external forces that affect organizations, but are actively shaped by our own actions and everyday practices. This perspective illustrates how even seemingly everyday activities can contribute to either transforming situations into crises or stabilizing them.

We are delighted about the inspiring scientific exchange on the topics of crisis and resilience and are proud of Prof. Anja Danner-Schröder's contribution to this important discussion.
