Diversity at the university

2021, the complaints procedure  was introduced in Kaiserslautern (RPTU). On the one hand, it names informal points of contact to which persons affected by discrimination or sexualized violence can turn. On the other hand, an official complaint procedure can be initiated. The goal: respectful and appreciative treatment. If this is documented disregarded, a complaints procedure can be initiated to prevent further discriminatory behavior. Complaints are handled in cooperation with departments and interest groups. Solutions are developed with affected and/or discriminating persons. The complaints office is Gender Equality, Diversity and Familiy Affairs Office.
