JUMP² - On the Way to a Professorship

The JUMP2 program – On the Way to a Professorship – will start in the 2025/26 winter semester.

The program is aimed at junior research group leaders, junior professors, and tenure-track professors (R3 researchers) with the goal of providing them with the best possible support during the decisive phase of their academic careers and assisting them in the next stage of their professional development.

At RPTU, JUMP2 is coordinated by the Office for Career Development and Professorial Appointments and carried out in cooperation with 14 other universities throughout Germany. R3 researchers from all participating universities can participate in JUMP2 free of charge.
