Unit 1

Unit 1 conceptualises a technical, procedural and communicative framework for the successful development, implementation and further advancement of the academic and organisational strategy for the RPTU. It supports the Presidential Board in planning and managing the university-wide strategical process. The unit manages and coordinates a variety of projects of particular importance related to the development of RPTU.

• Support in the planning and management of the overall university strategy process and the university development process.
• Initiation, Preparation, and/or implementation of concepts and ideas for cross-site trust building and culture development

Profile development

• Collection and preparation of relevant steering knowledge (qualitative and quantitative) about the RPTU in the context of the national and international scientific system

Political networking

• Conceptualisation of political networking
• Management of the Kuratorium

Administrative integration

• Project management and monitoring of administrative integration
• Change management and change communication

Knowledge management structural reform and academic development

• Collection of all documents, data and media on structural reform
