During counselling, topics such as career planning or phrasing one's own interests in the specialist area can be addressed. Conflicts with superiors and/or employees or in teams can also be a cause for counselling. Counselling offers the opportunity to be clearer about one's own ideas and goals and to better assess other positions.
Offer:
- Contact person for those affected by discrimination (sexism, racism, etc.)
- Counselling in the context of company reintegration (BEM),
- for professional orientation, especially for dual career couples
- to define the interests and goals of young female researchers
- in conflict situations
During counselling, one's own and other behaviour patterns can be reflected upon and solutions in problem situations identified. Appointments can be arranged individually with Dr. Rövekamp (Dipl.-Psych.).
