FUTURA Program

The entire FUTURA program is a continuing education program at Freie Universität Berlin. It lasts two years and concludes with the certificate "FUTURA - gender-competent action in the workplace". It can be completed in face-to-face or online format and comprises the following thematic blocks:
- MODULE I - LET'S GO! BASICS FOR GENDER EQUALITY WORK
- MODULE II - LAW AND PERSONNEL
- MODULE III - COUNSELING AND UNDERSTANDING ROLES IN CONFLICT SITUATIONS
- MODULE IV - MANAGEMENT AND PUBLICITY
If participation in the entire program is not possible or not desired, the modules can also be booked and taken individually.
DHV Seminars

The seminar and workshop program of the German University Association gives academics the opportunity to take part in over 250 interdisciplinary continuing education events every year.

- Fundamentals of employment law at universities for those involved in equal opportunities work
- Maternity protection, parental leave, academic career - legal principles and pitfalls
ZWM Seminars

Continuing education in science management is the core task of ZWM, the Center for Knowledge Management Speyer. The aim is to achieve strong science with professional science management.
The continuing education courses in the open event program offer a broad spectrum of classic and innovative learning content in various subject areas and formats.

ZWW Seminars

The "Strong in Leadership - Female Leadership 2026" program of the ZWW (ZWW - Center for Scientific Continuing Education at Johannes Gutenberg University) is a specially developed continuing education program for female (junior) managers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The aim is to prepare women for management tasks and thus contribute to securing a sustainable supply of skilled workers in the economy.
The development program comprises 7 modules of 2.5 days each (can only be booked as a complete package) and covers key topics such as

- Team leading & team processes
- Dealing constructively with conflicts
- Leadership in times of change
- The "I" brand - building and using networks
