Christian Sterzing and his wife Christa Radermacher took part in the World Council of Churches' Ecumenical Accompaniment Program in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI) as human rights observers from January to April 2019.
At the Landau Peace Lecture on November 27, 2019, they spoke about their experiences as "EAPPI volunteers" and gave a critical assessment of this non-violent commitment to human rights.
Numerous interested people accepted the invitation of the Peace Academy RLP to attend the lecture and discussion in Landau's Katharinenkapelle. The subsequent wine reception provided an opportunity for discussion, conversation and exchange with the speaker.
