Office of the Central Equal Opportunities Officer
Together with the Central and Deputy Central Equal Opportunities Officer, the office staff are responsible for the organizational planning and implementation of equal opportunities projects at RPTU and are the contact persons for all university members for all central issues relating to equal opportunities for women and men.

Advice and contact point
The office is the point of contact for all university members seeking advice and offers comprehensive, individual counseling services, offers and support measures on the subject of equality and the implementation of equal rights for women and men.
- Advice on career and work
- Complaints office for existing gender inequalities
- Support with funding measures for professional development
- Contact and advice point for sexualized harassment and violence or discrimination
- Registration and advice center for courses, workshops and events
- Organization of events and projects, such as the Gender and Diversity Day and the "Women Scientists Introduce Themselves" campaign
- Contact point for all equal opportunities representatives: decentralized equal opportunities officers, Senate Committee for Equal Opportunities Issues
