Fewer and fewer companies are flying Pride flags in June, the topic comes up less often in conversations, and there’s less and less support for it in society. You could say that diversity isn’t exactly in vogue right now. Yet the equitable participation of everyone in society is something that benefits everyone and strengthens democracy. So why is this topic receiving less and less public attention, and what does that say about our society? And how can diversity be put into practice in a way that contributes to the inclusion of everyone in society?

We’ll be discussing these questions with our guests Petra Köppel and Miao-Ling Lin Hasenkamp, who bring their perspectives from the business world and academia.
