• Registration fee: 30 € 

Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts must be submitted online via the submission portal. 
• Authors can submit abstracts for: 
  • Research Talks 
  • Poster Presentations 
• Abstract title should not exceed 25 words. 
• Abstract body text is limited to 250 words. 
• We recommend using word-processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) for editing and word counting. 
• Please provide a maximum of 5 keywords, separated by semicolons. 
• All authors must be listed in the correct order at the time of submission. 

Contribution Formats

Research Talk

Research talks present empirical studies or theoretical or methodological developments.

• Total duration: 20 minutes 
  • 15-minute presentation 
  • 5-minute discussion 

Poster

Posters must not exceed:

• 1189 mm height × 841 mm width 
• A0 portrait format 

Please note that posters in landscape format cannot be presented.

Important Note: The presentation format may be changed as needed (e.g., talk to poster) depending on the scientific program and available presentation slots.
