As a joint institution of RPTU and KL University of Applied Sciences, the start-up office offers all students, employees, founders, alumni and research institutes comprehensive support in the pre-start-up phase.

The start-up office offers:

  • a comprehensive range of further training courses on entrepreneurship and self-employment,

  • support from experienced people, whether financially or for an exchange of ideas,

  • creative and inspiring impulses,

  • a wide range of events that provide support in all areas of the (pre-)start-up phase and

  • a large network to exchange ideas and make contacts with like-minded people and experts.

Discussion and coaching offer for people interested in setting up a business with a focus on"new business models"

The first step towards an online orientation meeting with the coaches is to register on the website of the start-up office and fill out an initial contact form. On this basis, the coaches prepare themselves and arrange an appointment.

IDEENWALD Pathfinder

The digital courses offered via the OLAT platform provide essential start-up knowledge and practical know-how from and for start-ups.

 

Online course business plan

Online course on the topic of business plans by Holger Gründhagen, which provides the necessary knowledge for the solid planning of a business start-up and the creation of a business plan. The course is aimed in particular at people without basic business training.


Both university members and external persons can register free of charge on the OpenOlat learning platform and then have full access to our courses.

Do you have an idea that you want to work on intensively or are you already aiming to become self-employed?

The SummerSchool will turn your idea into a viable concept step by step!

Here you have the opportunity to work on your idea for a whole week in a structured way and under the guidance of experts. The content is taught by the SummerSchool instructors according to the learning-by-doing principle. You work through the content under the guidance of experienced professionals and apply it directly to your idea. This will turn your personal vision into a sustainable concept.

Learn new skills and develop yourself further! Innovative means creating something new or renewing something that already exists so that added value is created.
But how do you find out what conditions an innovation requires, how to solve problems and how to present your solutions visibly? The Innovative Thinker event series deals with precisely these questions.

You will receive a certificate after participating in a total of four workshops within the event series.

Range of events

This networking event provides inspiration and information from experienced to prospective female founders.

From initial inspiration to a successful start-up - all women are cordially invited! Whether you have just become interested, have a vague idea or are already actively working on a fully developed business plan or have already founded a company, all women are welcome at the Stammtisch.

The focus is on community, exchange and togetherness. There is a special keynote speech at each regulars' table.
