Guideline in cases of discrimination and/or sexualised violence
The guideline for informal counselling and the official complaints procedure in cases of sexualised harassment, violence and discrimination came into force at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau on 14 December 2023 and has applied to both locations since then.

Directive on protection against sexualized harassment and violence
The policy on informal consultation and the official complaints procedure in cases of discrimination and sexualized harassment (in accordance with Section 13 AGG) came into force at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau on 14.12.2023, meaning that a procedure has been in place for both locations since then.
