Cleaning management at RPTU in Kaiserslautern


We are at RPTU in Kaiserslautern:

  • Your contact persons for checking the cleaning performance
  • the contracting body for pest control
  • the contact point for the contracted cleaning companies

Information on the cleaning day and the cleaning frequency of a room can be obtained from the following colored number on the door signage:

1=Monday
2=Tuesday
3=Wednesday
4=Thursday
5=Friday
red=weekday cleaning
yellow=2 x weekly cleaning
green=1 x weekly cleaning
blue=1 x monthly cleaning

If the cleaning day falls on a public holiday, the cleaning, filling of hygiene dispensers and emptying of waste takes place directly on the day before or directly on the day after the public holiday.

In the offices, the waste is emptied on the cleaning day and then two days later (e.g. your office is cleaned/waste emptied on Monday and only the waste is emptied again on Wednesday).

If the waste garbage cans in your offices are not empty enough, you can dispose of your waste at any time in the waste garbage cans in the tea kitchens or in the separate waste bins in the corridors.

Waste is emptied in the tea kitchens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
