An overview of our areas of responsibility
Department 6.1 is part of the RPTU's central administration and is responsible for central functions in the areas of occupational health management, organizational and personnel development, quality management, and logistics.
Quality management and organizational development
We accompany change and optimization processes within the university, develop systematic QM approaches, supervise evaluation procedures, and support the continuous improvement of structures and processes.
Personnel and Competence Development
We offer continuing education and training programs, leadership development, coaching & team development, and measures for long-term employee retention for all employees (teachers, researchers, and administrators).
Mailroom, goods receipt, and lost property office
In addition, the department manages central logistical and administrative services such as mail processing, goods receipt, and the lost property office to ensure smooth administrative processes.
Implementation of health and prevention measures
As part of occupational health management, the department participates in initiatives that promote health, self-management, and resilience, making the university an attractive employer for qualified applicants.
