Psychological Stress & Mental Health

Health is an important prerequisite for wellbeing and productivity. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by professional or personal challenges, seeking support with health-related issues, or looking to take advantage of preventive services, you’ll find the right counseling and resource centers here. All of these services provide confidential support and help you find the right assistance for your needs.

Your primary care physician is always your first point of contact and can help you assess your situation and determine the next steps. Be sure to inform your primary care physician about your situation and the steps you plan to take. You will usually need a referral for treatment at a clinic or for psychotherapy. If necessary, your primary care physician can also call clinics on your behalf and have you placed on a waiting list.
