Please report workplace or commuting accidents using the new electronic accident log in the future. It replaces the old, handwritten accident log.
Reports for employees and students in Kaiserslautern should be submitted to Department 6.4, Occupational Safety and Health; in Landau, to the Occupational Safety Office.

If you would still like to submit a paper report, simply send it via internal mail to the following locations:
