First aid log

Please report any future accidents at work or on the way to work using the electronic first aid log. It replaces the old first aid log written by hand.
The notification is made for employees and students in Kaiserslautern to 6.4 Occupational Health and Safety, and in Landau to the Occupational Safety Office.

If you still wish to submit the notification in paper form, simpy send it via internal mail to the following adresses:
