The project to introduce the online application procedure for a user account in MACH and link it to the central user administration has started and will run until 31.08.2019. The project is being managed by Ms. Vanessa Anefeld from the RHRK.

As part of the project, MACH's internal user administration will be replaced and connected to the central user administration via Active Directory. In addition, an online application procedure is being developed that will enable the approval process to be secured and documented with the help of an integrated approval workflow. This simplifies the application for the user account, enables the allocation of rights to be tracked and increases transparency with regard to the annual financial statements. The implementation of the application process is planned for 2019.
