In recent months, several workshops have been held as part of the HISinOne preliminary project for the planned introduction of HISinOne-STU and -EXA at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. The campus management processes at the Landau site and joint processes for Kaiserslautern and Landau were analyzed. This served to update the results of the TUK preliminary project from 2019/20 and the expansion to include the Landau site, with the aim of planning a joint campus management system (CMS) for RPTU. The parallel project to merge the APP and SOSPOS databases of the Kaiserslautern and Landau campuses is an essential prerequisite for this.
As a result of the preliminary project, HIS is currently preparing a final report with a detailed project plan for the further introduction of HISinOne. On 24.09.2024, Mr Willgeroth, project manager at HIS, presented the project results in a final presentation to the Digitalization Projects Steering Committee and the employees involved. The presentation was also livestreamed for other interested parties.
