The official project kick-off for the "CMS preliminary project" took place on August 14, 2019.

At the event, the TUK participants in the CMS pre-project were briefed by the project managers from HIS and TUK (Dr. Martin Rumberg) on the introduction procedure for the HISinOne campus management software. The three upcoming project phases were discussed in detail:

1. preliminary project for the rough planning of the implementation project

2. creation of the project requirements for the implementation project

• Organizational requirements

• Professional requirements

• Technical requirements

3. implementation project
