Going live with the data protection management software
The data protection management software was presented by the project management at the E-Services Steering Committee on April 25.
The audatis data protection management software replaces the previous paper-based processes relating to data security, such as the creation of process descriptions or the reporting of security incidents to the state data protection authority.
With the training of the data protection coordinators on April 27, the requirements for the TUK-wide go-live of the system have been met.
From this point onwards, the software will primarily be used by data protection coordinators, but the aim is for all TUK employees to be able to use the software if necessary. Further regular training on data protection and the software will be offered for this purpose. A regular exchange on data protection issues will also be established.
The E-Services project is now complete.
