On 10.08.2020, the document management system
"E-Verwaltung" from MACH AG went live for selected pilot areas. The pilot areas include student affairs at HA 4 and quality management at the central department. By the end of 2020, electronic invoice processing will also go live in the pilot phase with integration into the "MACH ERP".
The roll-out of the document management system at TUK is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2021.
