With the aim of informing the university about the process of an implementation project and identifying the specific requirements of the university, the preliminary project for the introduction of a campus management system was carried out in the period from 01.06.2020 to 15.07.2020.

Now the implementation project (01.09.2020) for the introduction of the new HISinOne CMS has started, which will simultaneously replace the existing HIS GX systems. The application and admission procedure, student administration and examination and course management modules will be gradually replaced by the new HISinONE-APP, HISinONE-STU and HISinONE-EXA modules. The advantages of HISinONE include the modular structure of the system as well as the uniform technological basis and central data storage. Previously, the various systems were based on different technological concepts that were managed decentrally. Further strengths are the web technology and the reference processes that can be adapted to the needs of TU Kaiserslautern.
