The project to introduce an image database for TUK has started and is planned to run until March 2020.

The TUK's current image database "KLUFOS" no longer meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the operating system used will no longer be maintained from spring 2020.

Photos of people and events can be stored in the new image database in compliance with data protection regulations. Especially with regard to social media applications, the technical solution will contain appropriate functions for managing and using image material. It will also be possible to make the content available to all TUK employees through appropriate interfaces and a simple user and authorization concept.
