The project to introduce a newsletter tool at TUK has started and is planned to run until February 2020.

The aim of the project is to provide a tool for attractive external communication to enable different users (e.g. departments, DISC, HKOM, etc.) to send emails to different groups of recipients using a uniform TUK layout. In addition, anonymized evaluations of spam scoring, read rate, end device usage, etc. should be possible.

In view of TUK's upcoming 50th anniversary next year, this will ensure targeted communication to all interested parties that goes far beyond purely text-based content.

The project will be managed by University Communications.
