The project to prepare for the introduction of computer-aided facility management (CAFM) at TUK starts in August and is planned to run until the end of the year.

The aim of the preliminary project is to create a results document and project proposals that will lead to the most integrated use of basic data and functions with Planon and thus support integrated facility management at TUK.

The preliminary project is intended to clarify the basis for the further course of the 4 projects (room book, facility management, order management, maintenance management) in order to be able to start these projects immediately afterwards.
