As part of the CAFM preliminary project, the event "Overview of Planon modules" took place on 22.01.2020.

As one of the market-leading software providers for facility management, Planon offers extensive functions in this area. On 22.01.2020, the various functionalities of the software were demonstrated to the TUK, represented by project participants from HA Z and HA 5.

In the further course of the project, the knowledge gained will be used to prepare follow-up projects in the areas of room book, facility management, order management and maintenance management in order to enable integrated facility management at TUK. The resulting project applications will be submitted to the overall project coordination or the E-Services steering committee for approval at the end of the preliminary project.
