Steering committee decides to award the contract to MACH AG for the introduction of a document management system (DMS).

As part of the project, a DMS that is fundamentally suitable for all areas (administration, central facilities, teaching & research) of TUK is to be procured and implemented. The Europe-wide tender for the procurement of the DMS was published in September 2018. In February, bidder presentations were held with the selected bidders and the bids were evaluated. At its regular meeting on March 6, 2019, the steering committee decided to award the contract to MACH AG.

The kick-off event for the introduction of the DMS "MACH E-Verwaltung" at the TU Kaiserslautern will take place in April.
