Expert supervisor for events (2-day attendance seminar, Landau campus)

By holding any event, the organizer assumes a special responsibility to protect visitors, employees and service providers involved.

Whether in auditoriums, halls, seminar rooms, lecture halls or outdoor events, all events are subject to special legal regulations.

These legal regulations are quite extensive and complex. The regulations are presented to you in a compact form.

In this seminar, you will receive comprehensive information on the management and supervision of events. In particular, you will learn how to delegate responsibilities and duties. Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety and building regulations round off the seminar topics.

The 2-day seminar qualifies you to fulfill your rights/duties as an expert supervisor for event and assembly venues. The basis for this is § 40 of the current Assembly Venues Ordinance RLP and DGUV Regulation 17 § 15 (formerly BGV C1 and GUV C1).

-Hazard assessments for events and their implementation at RPTU (safety concept)

-Clarification of terms and comparison of positions

-DGUV Regulation 17/Occupational health and safety

-Introduction of the current VStättVO in Rhineland-Palatinate

-Public protection using the specific example of DIN 19905-5

-BGI 810 and its sections

-DIN 15750 - Event technology - Guidelines for technical services and their implementation at RPTU

-Occupational health and safety using the specific example of DGUV Information 215-313 and comparison of other legal sources (Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, DGUV Regulations 17 and 18, DGUV Rule 115-002)

-Development of a small risk assessment for a model event at RPTU
