The project was launched as one of the first e-service projects and was successfully completed at the end of May this year, albeit with a considerable delay. The aim was to transfer the previous ordering processes for central and decentralized procurement (so-called order form procedure) into a completely electronic procedure without media discontinuity.

Among other things, the electronic catalog system open ordering from veenion GmbH and the procurement management system (VMS) from cosinex GmbH were introduced and put into productive use during the course of the project.

The final project report was presented to the steering committee on 20.07.2023, meaning that the e-services project is now complete. Further functionalities, such as the "Electronic registration of requirements via VMS", are to be implemented during ongoing operations if necessary.
