The interface to procurement management has gone live

Over the past few months, integrative tests of the interface between the award management system and the document management system (MACH e-administration) have taken place. Minor errors have occurred, which have been gradually rectified.

In the final tests, the error-free transfer of the award files via the interface was confirmed. The award files are now stored in the document management system in an audit-proof manner.

The interface went live in department 2.3 on 01.12.2022. The departments will be integrated after the first few months of successful operation. The implementation of the outstanding issues for the digital award file, namely the automatic transfer of the VMS number, will be followed up by the project management with MACH and Cosinex accordingly.
