Going live with the applicant management system
The applicant management system was presented by the project management at the E-Services Steering Committee on April 25.
With the subsequent installation of the Shibboleth connection, the requirements for going live with the system have been met. This interface ensures that the software is connected to TUK's central identity management system. From 12.08.2022, the applicant management system will be used productively throughout TUK.
The new applicant management system enables direct applications via a central online portal. In addition, confirmations of receipt, invitations to interviews and rejections are sent directly from the system.
The e-services project is now complete. Further functionalities, such as the mapping of workflows, are to be implemented during ongoing operations.
