Planon 2.0 - Phase I" project launched
Building on the preliminary project Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) carried out last year to record the technical requirements for a modern solution for space and building management, the follow-up project is now being launched.
The aim of the project, known as Planon 2.0 - Phase I, is initially to create the technical basis for the defined specialist requirements. The current software generation from Planon GmbH will be installed for this purpose. At the same time, a revised room book will be designed, which, in addition to mapping the TUK's building stock, will also form the basis for the creation of space utilization statistics. The concept also takes into account future tasks and processes to be mapped digitally, such as cleaning management, defect management and space management.
Once the conceptual considerations have been successfully implemented and the inventory data has been transferred, a modern CAFM system should be available in the second half of 2021, which will be expanded in subsequent phases to include a variety of digital functional areas relating to space and building management.
The project is the responsibility of Department 5 - Construction & Technology and is being carried out in close coordination with RHRK and Department Z - Central Services.
