The interface between MACH-PM and the document management system (MACH E-Administration) has been implemented and successfully tested. This has created the basis for the digital personnel file.

After further tests, including a short pilot with two departments, it is planned to use the interface productively for all student assistants (HiWi's) from 01.10.2022. The timing for the roll-out of the functionality to the other employment relationships will be determined during the pilot phase.

TU Kaiserslautern uses the Personnel Management module (MACH PM) in MACH Web 2.0 to process personnel files. The corresponding personnel file structure is set up in the document management system and is created from the ERP system at the touch of a button. In addition to creating the digital personnel file, the interface ensures the bidirectional transfer of documents to the filing structure.
