Update on the applicant management project

The future applicant management system is intended to significantly simplify and electronically support the process of selecting suitable applicants. As part of the project, intensive market research has therefore been carried out in recent months, resulting in an extensive catalog of requirements. This forms the basis for the comparison of providers within the framework of the award procedure that is now taking place. From the group of applicants, HA3 and the awarding authority identified those providers who are basically suitable for introducing a new applicant management system at TU Kaiserslautern.

These providers were recently commissioned to submit an initial offer, which will enable a comparison of the solutions on offer. Based on this, all solutions are to be presented at TUK. The aim is to commission a suitable bidder with the introduction at the beginning of next year.
