After the project manager went on parental leave last year, Mr. Allmang, Dec. 6, took over the further work and steps in the project on a deputy basis. The aim for this time frame was to create a standardized contract for an electronic hazardous substances register for Kaiserslautern and Landau from the existing contract from Landau. After extensive communication with the various parties involved, the relevant documents for the procurement of the DaMaRiS software and associated database were submitted to the procurement department at the end of January, and the contract with the provider CWA was concluded shortly afterwards.

Mr. Allmang then clarified the issue of installation and supported Ms. Melnikova, Dec.6 in the first steps after her return. Ms. Melnikova returned part-time in mid-April and took over the further rollout. In May, the data was migrated from Landau and initial discussions were held with the FB. Furthermore, the planning and implementation of role rights management and the organization of training measures are underway. The aim is to implement the transition to the new software by the end of the year.
