Understanding and consciously controlling habits (classroom seminar, Kaiserslautern campus)
In this one-day workshop, you will learn the basics of habit formation and create a personal implementation plan to establish a good habit of your choice. Find out how you can consciously change behavioral patterns and establish positive habits for the long term. The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to better understand and change their behavioral patterns in order to overcome challenges more efficiently and make their life happier and healthier.

Intended learning outcomes:
After the workshop,
- you will know what habits are and how they are formed in your brain,
- understand why good habits control behavior more reliably than willpower,
- you will have designed a concrete, individual step-by-step plan for establishing a new, good habit and identified a specific behavioral goal that you have not yet been able to implement,
- you can identify common obstacles and stumbling blocks to forming new habits and develop strategies to successfully overcome these obstacles,
- you can overcome recurring challenges at work more effectively,
- you will be able to better master everyday challenges such as healthy eating, more exercise and more regular sleep.
