Good habits

In this one-day workshop, you will learn the basics of habit formation and create a personal implementation plan to establish a good habit of your choice. Find out how you can consciously change behavioral patterns and establish positive habits for the long term. The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to better understand and change their behavioral patterns in order to overcome challenges more efficiently and make their life happier and healthier.

Central workshop goal: My habit plan
