A business process is a procedure within the administration in which several departments (divisions, sections) are involved. Each of these departments contributes to the completion of the business process with its activities. Process management creates the conditions for uniform, fast, and smooth processing of the business process.
The published processes can be viewed in the digital quality management manual by process owners and managers at ZV. Further access is currently not possible due to limited licenses.
If you would like to record a business process, simply contact the ZQM team. To get in touch, send a short email to zqm[at]rptu.de.
