Digital transformation
The RPTU's quality management supports and shapes the ongoing digital transformation at the university in order to ensure efficient, transparent, and sustainable work processes. Its goal is to use digital tools, processes, and skills in such a way that they improve collaboration within the RPTU and with external partners in the long term. The focus is on the systematic recording and analysis of existing workflows and their further development into digital processes. In addition, QM creates a reliable framework through targeted training measures to use digital tools efficiently, strengthen media skills, and integrate technical developments into everyday university life in a meaningful way. In this way, QM contributes significantly to securing the performance and innovative strength of the RPTU in the digital age in the long term.

What is Conceptboard?
Department 6.1 provides employees of the Central Administration (ZV) with Conceptboard, a powerful and data protection-compliant online whiteboard that supports their daily work in a variety of ways. The collaboration tool enables seamless digital collaboration in real time – no matter where your team members are located.

Quality management training courses
Working with Seafile cloud storage
The RPTU Quality Management team offers beginner training on how to work safely and efficiently with the Seafile cloud storage system. The training is aimed at employees, researchers, and teachers who would like to use Seafile for collaborative file management and storage or who already have some experience with the system.
The training courses provide practical instruction on:
- Fundamentals of file management and folder structures
- Secure sharing and collaborative editing of files
- Using the Seafile Client for work
Our offering combines short inputs with practical exercises so that participants can immediately use Seafile confidently in their everyday work. The aim is to strengthen digital collaboration at the RPTU, simplify processes, and promote transparent, secure workflows.

The RPTU currently has 25 licenses for Conceptboard. These are administered by Quality Management. If you are interested in a license, simply send an email to zqm@rptu.de.
